产品概述

马邦大理石胶粘粉是专为大理石及其它天然石材设计的粉白色水泥基瓷砖胶粘剂。

Mapang marble adhesive powder is specially designed for marble and other natural stone powder white cement-based tile adhesives.

适用范围：
* 大理石、天然石、马赛克、瓷砖、陶土砖、缸砖；
* 室内外水泥基材或砖石底材组成的墙壁、地板等；
* 长期浸水的浴室、水池；
* 吸水性较低的瓷砖；
* 浅色或半透明的瓷砖、石材。

Scope of application:

表面处理

* 所有表面应坚实、干燥、清洁、不晃动、无油污、蜡渍、混凝土养护剂和其它松散物；

* 有油漆的表面应作粗琢，至少暴露80%的原表面；

* 新混凝土面完成后，应至少养护28天方可铺砖；

* 新抹灰的表面应至少养护7天方可铺砖；

* 旧混凝土或抹灰表面可使用工业洗涤剂或去油污剂清洁,然后用高压水龙头冲洗干净。其表面经晾干24小时后方可铺砖；

* 清除混凝土表面的残余物，特别是倾斜的混凝土平板上所残留的脱模剂;

* 如果底材疏松且吸水性强或表面浮尘脏物难彻底清理时，可先涂上马邦界面处理剂以帮助其表面处理，有助于瓷砖的粘结。

* 在吸水率大的底材或在高温、干燥的环境下，施工前须先润湿基面。

Surface treatment

搅拌混合

* 将粉料倒入清水中搅拌成膏状，注意要先加水后再倒入粉剂，搅拌时使用电动搅拌机，如果重量小于5kg, 也可以采用人工搅拌；

* 混合比例约为粉剂25公斤：水6升；必要时可使用马邦瓷砖胶伴侣121代替清水，比例为粉剂25公斤：添加剂5升；

* 水粉充分拌合，完全无生粉团为准，搅拌完毕后需静止放置约十分钟后略为搅拌一下才可使用，有助于可增加粘结力。

 施工工艺

使用瓷砖胶粘剂铺贴瓷砖，可使用传统的粘贴工法，即将搅拌好的胶浆涂在瓷砖的背面，然后再将其贴于底材之上。但这种贴法容易造成空鼓，因此我们强烈推荐使用刮板法，具体方法如下：

* 用齿型刮板将胶浆涂抹于工作面之上，使之均匀分布，并成一条条齿状。每次涂布约1平方米左右（视天气温度而定），然后在晾置时间内将瓷砖揉压于上即可；

* 选择齿型刮板大小应考虑工作面的平整度和瓷砖背面的凸凹程度；

* 如瓷砖背面的沟隙较深或石材、瓷砖较大较重，则应该进行双面涂胶,即在工作面和瓷砖背面同时涂上胶浆； 

关于室内立面石材无钉粘贴

1. 立面石材无钉粘贴需用马邦瓷砖胶伴侣121代替清水与瓷砖胶粘粉料混合，以增加胶浆的粘结力和立面负重能力。

2. 无钉粘贴一般适用于面积等于或者小于400mm×400mm，厚度等于或小于20mm的石材。若石材厚度在18mm以下，其面积可相应放大。

3. 面积与厚度超过上述的石材，或质量、重量特异的石材，需要先做现场粘贴试验，以确定其是否适宜采取无钉粘贴。

注意事项：

* 施工温度为5 – 40℃；

* 使用电动搅拌机搅拌效果最佳；

* 水粉比例可因底材、天气、施工条件等不同而做出适当调整；

* 在雨天施工时，一定要做好遮蔽防护措施，并且要确保在贴砖后的24小时内，施工区域不被雨水淋湿；

* 胶浆应根据天气条件控制在2-3小时内使用完毕；

* 切忌将已干结的胶浆拌水后再用。

* 铺砖完成后，须待胶浆完全干固后（约24小时）才可进行下一步的填缝工序。

* 瓷砖胶粘剂的刮涂应均匀且满贴，粘结层的厚度应约为所用齿型刮板齿距的一半高。

Mixing

Construction technology

Note:

参考用量

瓷砖胶在使用不同齿型刮板时的参考用量：

粘贴小型尺寸的瓷砖时，建议使用6×6（mm）的齿型刮板；

粘贴大型尺寸的瓷砖时，建议使用10×10（mm）或12×12（mm）的齿型刮板。

保质期

未开封产品在干燥、阴凉、通风处存放。在正常贮存和运输条件下，产品的保质期为一年。
